Located within the Museum of Contemporary Arts, Rizom is one of Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre's projects. You will discover a cuisine that blends cultures perfectly. The card changes regularly. This summer, we tasted Aquanord: a bar served with black sesame soba noodles and yuzu. As for dessert, Fruits, a blend of blackberries and red shizo, is a success!
