Establishment with terrace offering good varied dishes and burgers
This charming restaurant is located in a half-timbered house at the entrance to Ingersheim from Colmar. A pretty room with a fireplace, a flower-filled terrace in summer or a cosy chalet in winter: the choice is yours! The menu varies according to the inspiration of chefs Fabien and Pascal. And then there are the house favourites: chicken sot-l'y-laisse, tartiflette, raclette and the famous tartare prepared to your taste at the table by Pascal. These dishes are accompanied by fine wines from neighboring Domaine du Manoir and the Jean Geiler cellar. A good time is guaranteed, and your stomach and taste buds will be delighted.

C'est notre "cantine", dés que l'on est dans le coin, on y retourne toujours avec plaisir et à chaque fois c'est exceptionnel.
Les prix sont en rapport mais la qualité se paie, et surtout il y'a une solide quantité dans l'assiette.
LE Must ! A ne pas louper si vous passez dans le coin.
Pensez obligatoirement à réserver quelques jours à l'avance.
