Bruno and Iris Haeberle are the delight of informed panophiles. Everyone knows that the bread here is divine! Baked in a wood-fired oven, the daily breads and special breads will perfectly accompany your breakfasts, a meal with friends and a good cheese platter. Here, everything is guaranteed homemade: pastries, seasonal specialties, éclairs and other individual or festive desserts. For lunch, we love the various sandwiches and the delicious daily specials!

Exceptional bakery with very kind and friendly service. Perhaps the best boulangerie patisserie in the Colmar area. Worth a stop for breakfast, lunch, or snack treats. Always get the quiche. It's extraordinary.
