Entering the Passatore transports guests directly to Emilia-Romagna... Here, good imported products are served directly from local Italian producers selected by the owner himself. Their specialty, the piadina, a wheat flour cake filled with grilled vegetables, sausage, fine cold cuts, but served here in oversized size at a small price. We also sip good wine to accompany a board of charcuterie or cheeses from the same quality terroir. Competition tiramisu and grappa chosen by the boss, a fine connoisseur.
