Center that preserves and studies historical collections related to Boch's industrial past or to ceramics in Belgian art.
Since the closure of the Boch earthenware factories in La Louvière, the Centre de la Céramique had found refuge in the Royal Museum in Mariemont. But since 2015, Keramis has been housed in the superb "Three Kilns" building of the Royal Boch factory. It preserves and studies historical collections linked to Boch's industrial past and ceramics in 20th-century Belgian art. An astonishing and highly entertaining visit, with unsuspected potential. Great for the whole family!
