Well-priced dishes based on fresh produce, set in a vineyard setting.
The decor of this restaurant, run by new chef Rudy Villien and Léa Matéos, exudes a Zen spirit. The priorities in the kitchen are energy sensitivity, creativity and rigor. Enjoy sweetbreads and endives from the Parison farm, with soy caramel and horseradish. Responsible cuisine, local sourcing, seasonal produce and wines from local producers. Between monkfish from Concarneau and scallops from Normandy, you'll appreciate the finesse of the dishes. A wonderful experience!

Service parfait avec des serveuses très agréables, discrètes, avec de très bonnes explications sur les assiettes et les vins
Cuisine exceptionnelle, surprenante avec ce mélange franco-japonais très reussi
