Florence Matial and his team allowed Perrigny to finally have his real bakery. It offers handmade cakes and pastries for our gourmet taste buds. From its experience to the dijonnaises mills, Florence acquired the expertise of the flour to make crispy, tasty breads with a smooth straight. The evidence: She has already been rewarded with many medals for her current bread, for her campaign bread and for her famous brioche. His old baguettes have a taste of childhood, they sauvignon good the leaven. The pastry is carried out by Arnaud Collardot that is no longer present. So think about ordering well in advance so you can have what you want for your events and receptions.
