BLEU DU SUD
A surprising little restaurant with a current and offbeat decor, reminiscent of the origins of Chef Fadila. One succumbs to his cuisine with a thousand flavours, largely inspired by a Maghreb revisited with today's sauce: squid in parsley, brick sheet with highly flavoured tuna, chicken tagine, olives and lemon confit from the fire of God. We left room for vanilla ice cream, hot chocolate and caramelized pistachios, but the pineapple carpaccio is a must in the house! Next to the short wine list you will find the suggestions of the moment, always carefully selected.
