Free cuisine skillfully revisited, short and mastered menu, attentive service, organic/biodynamic/natural wines, and a truly majestic setting in this beautiful 1920s mansion, renovated in keeping with its spirit. No false note, even the bill is contained so that you will have to be patient to get a table in the evening. A little simpler at lunchtime it seems.
