The reputation of this Belgian restaurant, located 20 km from Lille, makes it easy to up the landernau of Asian cuisine Lille. Grills are cooked before us by three proud chefs as "i" in their traditional attire. This is a real "show" moment. And since we are talking about traditional dress, the clientele itself is dressed in kimono. You're warned, but let's go to table. Taking scampis and coquilles shells roasted in garlic and then salmon with vegetables is a good idea. The whole meal is accompanied by Japanese beer or good Japanese sake, not confused with what the uncultivated call Chinese sake (strong digestive, whose real name is the mei kieu read).
