One of the major buildings of the city of Hurlus, the work of the Bruges architect René Buyck in Mouscron.
Imposing and slender, this town hall catches the eye of every visitor to Mouscron! Designed in neo-Gothic style by Bruges architect René Buyck, it was inaugurated on July 13, 1890. It has a medieval feel, inspired by the Gothic buildings of Flanders. Above all, it symbolizes the town's flourishing economic past, famous for its spinning mills and carpet factories. And don't forget to salute the statue of the Golden Howl opposite!
