LA PART DES ANGES
The chef Adrien Derenzis and his partner Aurélie Flament run this restaurant in the centre of the beautiful village of Ragnies, which was awarded in 2015 in the category "prix-plaisir" in Wallonia by the guide Gault & Millau. A true artist of taste, the chef treats both the eyes and the taste buds with organic and/or locally produced fruit and vegetables. There is no à la carte menu, you compose your own meal by choosing from a menu that changes every month. And then you get a very pleasant "pre-dessert" as a matter of course.
