Set in a whole, completely renovated, consisting of th- and th-century dependencies of the old castle of the Roisin barons, this gourmet is worth a detour for the beauty of the places. This romantic setting welcomes both banquets and seminars as well as meals in lovers or among friends. The kitchen is a beautiful part of the finest parts: garlic gigotin lamb, shredded duck magret, tournedos beef, fried limousin, dos pink salmon… Local products like snails or cheeses, and the fresh fruit salad in Muscat are also often on the menu. The wine list is also very rich.
