SAINT BRICE CHURCH
Church-hall with Romanesque tower of the XIIth century, dedicated to Saint Brice or Brice of Tours, patron saint of judges.
A 12th-century Romanesque tower church dedicated to Saint Brice or Brice de Tours (d. 444), patron saint of judges. The naves date from the 17th century, although many parts of the building were rebuilt in the 1950s. The monument has an unusual character in the Romanesque environment of the district, with its typical silhouette and equal naves. Of particular note is the surprising contemporary baptismal font by Tournais sculptor George Grard. Most of the building's artistic heritage was lost during the two world wars.
