You will never get bored with Vaudrée. Why? Quite obvious because it is very pleasant to come visit this place. It is a local establishment par excellence, here you wil feel comfortable. This is the very first Vaudrée from a series of eights... The tables, the chairs and the bar, the stools are made of wood, it's pretty old-fashioned, nevertheless, this is what gives unique character to this establishment. In addition to the hundreds of beers (Trappists, abbey, fruity, of Christmas, without alcohol,...) in bottles (a thousand) and about thirty with the pump, you can feast there anytime, and until 3:00 in the morning: tomatos shrimps, hotpot, choucroute, American,... The balls are totally succulent as well as the delicious pierrades. This is definitely a significant establishment especially for the Inhabitants of Liège who are fond of this place, but also a tourist attraction, besides you have an opportunity to taste the numerous Belgian beers.

on y retournera quand meme

A very good hotel if you want yourself to discover the world of beer. Their menu will leave you breath-taking panorama by choice. You will of course have access to a large choice of Belgian and European beers but also of the world (Africa, Asia,...). The tables keep some traces of the burns caused by the many cobblestones stone-baked (the house speciality) that they saw passing. Because in addition to the choice of beers, Vaudrée and his brothers (7 in the region) offer traditional catering brasserie of quality. Guests can also make you serve all day until the early hours (often used in my life of student). The clientele is varied and will meet you jumble with colleagues come for a drink after the job, the students back from exit, the tourists,...
