Le Moulin du Val-Dieu is a Belgian restaurant located in Aubel. It is housed in the mill buildings that were once the mill of the Val Dieu abbey. The restaurant offers local cuisine, with gourmet plates and homemade dishes. You can also sample local beers and ciders, as well as desserts. Le Moulin du Val-Dieu has five modular rooms on two floors, two terraces, a garden and a children's play area. It can accommodate up to 300 people for private or business events. The restaurant also offers a snack bar with local produce and dishes to take away. Reservations are recommended for weekend evenings. The Moulin du Val-Dieu also offers guided tours of the mill, with tastings of local beers.
