The name of the establishment is evocative enough. Yet another address where meat is king, and it's not a reproach! Pol Maes, owner of the premises, offers quality products whose cooking he masters to perfection. Beef from France, Switzerland, New Zealand, South America... but above all from our region with a certified BBB! We'll come back in this all-wood frame similar to those old low ceiling trusses.
