Quentin Lemarchand, chef of his own restaurant, delights taste buds with traditional, local cuisine in April and May. Jordan Prot, home chef with a Michelin-starred background, prepares dinners in June and July. Luca Flaminio, with a wealth of experience in Europe, likes to combine Burgundian products with an Italian touch in August and September.
