The gastronomic restaurant, with its impeccable service and bright, intimate decor, offers delicious, uncluttered cuisine. Enjoy amberjack carpaccio, miso broth and shiso leaf tempura, followed by cereal-crusted pigeon and foie gras with white asparagus, and finish with vanilla rice pudding!
