Just 5 minutes from Nuits-Saint-Georges, the Les Saules restaurant has been completely revamped by Jérôme Pastichon, who comes straight from a small Lyonnais "bouchon". A total makeover of the dining room, which retains a bistro feel but is still bright and comfortable. 100% home-cooked daily specials, low lunchtime prices but great inspiration. À la carte: andouillette chouquette, frog leg lasagne, snail arancini... Admire the original, artistic chandeliers in the 2 dining rooms and charming terrace.

Nous sommes venus ici lors de notre voyage en France. Petit village sympa, pas loin de l'autoroute. La nourriture était franchement exquise ! Le cadre est modeste, mais c'est une belle petite partie de la France
