ST. MENGOLD CHURCH
15th century church with arches falling on columns in old Huy, facing the oldest house in the city
Nestled in the heart of old Huy, this church was built in the 15th century. The interior features semi-circular arches resting on columns with capitals decorated with stylized plantain leaves. Now desacralized, the church hosts numerous exhibitions and concerts in summer. The whole area around the church is full of medieval atmosphere and charm. Opposite the church is the oldest house in Huy (13th century), known as "Près la Tour". An unusual place to discover.
