Une belle adresse pour déguster de la viande (mais pas que!) à Liège: les pierrades. Mode de cuisson sain, avec de beaux accompagnements (le gratin dauphinois est particulièrement bon...ce qui rend le tout moins healthy bien sûr), et un service attentif et discret. A tester!
