LA VALAISANNE
In Liège, it is rare to find a restaurant where you can eat Raclettes and fondues with cheese. However, it is almost 3 years that this restaurant exists and makes its butter. Here we are passionate about Switzerland and cheese are imported. The cheese fondues, Raclettes or raclinettes (small Raclettes) are accompanied by usual salads like Grisons meat, mountain ham… (about twenty euros). And if do not like cheese, there are also different pierrades and meat fondues. The price of wines is perhaps a little overrated, though. Not bad at all.
