Joëlle Longrée at the helm of Madame Pita since 1990 offers sandwiches, dishes of the day (pasta, meatballs or an amazing chili) and pitas - of course! By far the most original assortment in Liege: about twenty varieties, in durum bread (pancake) or Turkish bread XL format, hyper copious. Desserts are homemade, including an excellent tiramisu. Salty or sweet, the products are always of good quality. A terrace has been created a few years ago, with a view of the magnificent Guillemins station.
