Located on the lively Market Square, this 17th century house was already a restaurant when it was built! You can taste typical dishes: Liège-style cannonballs, kidneys, stews, hams... or rabbit with prunes. The wine list is also worth the trip. Lunchtime! Note that the venerable house was first called As Ohès (To the Bones) before gaining an extra "u" and, as a result, referring to the birds (in Liège Walloon) that swarm the square where the restaurant has a terrace.

Sur la place du Perron, cuisine variée et carte mélangeant spécialités locales et cuisine internationale, pour un résultat très convenable. Les beaux jours, quel plaisir de profiter de la terrasse !

Bonne brasserie, très fréquentée, il est préférable de réservé. Grand choix de coquillages d'une très grande fraîcheur et la choucroute est excellente.
