If there was only one bistro with such a history on this side of the Meuse, it would probably be this one! Opened by the L'Hode family in 1881, it is still standing. You don't eat there... the bistro is therefore only a pub where many regulars come to talk about current events in Liège. Tourists go there to discover this inimitable setting with its walls patinated by tobacco over the years. Walls that, if they could talk, would tell a good story... the façade too, by the way. A troquet to frequent at least once!
