Pistachio and Chocolate held by Stéphanie and Philippe makes 100% home-made ice creams with good farm milk from Verviers and sorbets, lactose-free. The strawberry ice cream alone is worth the trip, not to mention the salted butter caramel ice cream and other homemade creations such as florentine, orangette and vacherin. P&C also offers hot chocolate and out of season, filled pancakes... For vegan, option of milk shakes without cow's milk and fresh fruit juice. Ice creams to take away or to eat on the south-facing terrace in good weather.
