Adjacent to the hotel, the Ici M'aime restaurant offers surprisingly delicious cuisine. Zama, the Mauritian-born chef, has taken traditional Burgundian dishes and reinvented them with flavors from the Indian Ocean. The result is astonishing, but clearly worth the detour! The other pleasant surprise comes from the desserts, with a pastry chef who doesn't hesitate to offer black forests with cherry sorbet or a plate of passion sorbet with mascarpone chantilly! Everything is homemade, from starter to dessert.
