I had read the criticism on various sites before booking. It's difficult to get an idea, between the cracks on the walls, aggressive bosses, exaggerated prices or unlike delicious gourmet dishes In short I decided to book, and already on the phone the person taking my reservation (the boss) is very polite. We are welcomed by the very smiling boss who brings us to our table in the beautiful central room (the resto includes 3 halls, a large left left for the groups of more than 6 people, more enlightened, the more intimate plant only for couples, with view on the beautiful terrace that I have absolutely to test in summer and the right that I have. not visited (there was indeed a crack on the wall of this room, but from there to say that all the reset should be renovated should not exaggerate). There is a lot of choice on the menu, far away from the usual scampis sweet sweet sauce and chicken noodles. The denominations are in the style "Croustade de Scampi red curry gluy coated with taro muslin", "soya bean ravioli to scamis, gray shrimp, crayfish, sparkling cream, aneth and citronated coriander." ". In short we already imagine all flavors on reading the map and the choice is difficult. The soup was delicious, nothing to do with these sticky boilings that you used in some restaurants, you feel that everything is homemade and the seasoning is mastered. I had opted for a steam entrance, the boss gave her little advice, she lay me a slightly piped sauce but advises me to taste the nature ravioli to fully enjoy the flavors. Explosion in the mouth, there you taste the house of raviole and its farce, it changes the frozen. And for the dish I chose a salmon Tipan with its pineapple-based sauce, the hot sauce is brought separate from the tipan, the boss comes to give it to you explaining the dish, always with a friendly tone and a nice phrase, asks if the wine suits us. We finish with an excellent dessert and a cup of tea and the boss comes to us for a drink while asking if this is our first time and if we live very close. As we work in the Cora just across the way he starts talking about common knowledge. Let us talk about prices: In fact we are in another category, it takes 8-10 for a soup, between 14 and 20 for entries, in the 20 the dish, and for wines it starts at 30 (well furnished, our little Italian wine was excellent). So yes it's more expensive than a classic Chinese, but the Buddha Gourmand is certainly not a classic Chinese. It's an excellent restaurant that we reserve for the great occasions, it's gastronomic, it's made home, it's not the restaurant we do with the young children who like running everywhere (I've made the point to my wife, what calm, we've heard about). We had an excellent evening and we look forward to returning to the summer to test the beautiful terrace.

We were a table of 7 adults. From the beginning, we wondered whether we were transparent... At the end of 45 minutes from waiting after our arrival, madame. left us the traditional basket of chips without us to specify if we want aperitifs. Then, long wait between the dishes (I want to spend still well above, we were Saturday; two managers + one waiter). The quality of the food is good but the quantity less than before! Fortunately, the price does not change to him! : -) To finish, the bill is almost thrown to us to the figure without a mercy or " drink from the maison" offered or hot towel to wipe the hands (tradition also, not?)... Our favourite Chinese gourmet restaurant really declines and treated being the kind means that we can not go back longer before you some time to see any more... Unfortunately are really, until proof of the opposite, they still guests who make live shopkeepers? This stadium, the quality and originality of the menu is not enough longer!
