Le Tablier is the leading bistronomic restaurant in eastern Dijon. Claire Plissonnier distills her creativity into delicious dishes. The lunchtime menu is full of surprises, with 2 choices per course. Knowing the house, we're happy to let ourselves be seduced by the suggestions on the large slate. The dining room and its revisited bistro-style bar offer a truly convivial atmosphere. In summer, the immense courtyard terrace, with its tables in the shade of the giant olive tree, welcomes everyone. A confirmed success for an address where everything is just right!

Très très bon rapport qualité prix. J’ai vraiment apprécié les produits frais et cuisiné. Des portions correctes, mention plus plus pour l’épaule d’agneau, tellement tendre que je pouvais la couper avec mon manche de ma fourchette ????
