MANOIR DE LÉBIOLES
Built towards the end of the 19th century, this "Little Versailles of the Ardennes" is both a hotel and an exceptional restaurant. Gault & Millau-rated, the cuisine at Le Manoir is that of chef Loïc Jambon, who trained at Le Manoir in its early days, then left for other horizons before returning with stripes of executive chef. Menus of 2 to 6 courses overlooking the parks and gardens, composed with fine ingredients such as Saint-Malo crab, partridge, black truffle, etc., subtly blended and sprinkled with Asian touches.
