This friendly cellar makes you discover, in a convivial atmosphere, the Alsatian gastronomy: traditional flambéed tarts (plain, au gratin or the famous one with munster cheese), "bouchées à la reine", baeckaoffe, sauerkraut garnished with 5 meats, Vosges' wine pie... There is also a whole range of fondues: wine, Burgundy, Savoyard, Munster. In the summer, you may even have a charcoal braserade? All the ingredients are here to taste Alsace, with family or friends.
