Flambéed tarts and raw vegetables to tickle the taste buds in a beautiful address in Katzenthal.

This friendly cellar makes you discover, in a convivial atmosphere, the Alsatian gastronomy: traditional flambéed tarts (plain, au gratin or the famous one with munster cheese), "bouchées à la reine", baeckaoffe, sauerkraut garnished with 5 meats, Vosges' wine pie... There is also a whole range of fondues: wine, Burgundy, Savoyard, Munster. In the summer, you may even have a charcoal braserade? All the ingredients are here to taste Alsace, with family or friends. "G'sunt'heit", as we toast around here.

Nous sommes allés dîner en couple et avons apprécié le restaurant. Nous avons commandé une tarte flambée au fromage ribeaupierre, délicieuse. Également un steak de bœuf cuit à la perfection. Et pour finir, une gaufre au nutella. En guise de boisson, nous avons commandé un vin blanc local, très savoureux.
