Flambéed tarts and raw vegetables to tickle the taste buds in a beautiful address in Katzenthal.

This friendly cellar makes you discover, in a convivial atmosphere, the Alsatian gastronomy: traditional flambéed tarts (plain, au gratin or the famous one with munster cheese), "bouchées à la reine", baeckaoffe, sauerkraut garnished with 5 meats, Vosges' wine pie... There is also a whole range of fondues: wine, Burgundy, Savoyard, Munster. In the summer, you may even have a charcoal braserade? All the ingredients are here to taste Alsace, with family or friends. "G'sunt'heit", as we toast around here.

despite a warm welcome and a unique atmosphere, avoid every Friday evening because the wait is endless, the very long service. To avoid sauerkraut of the sea: fish fresh because barely are very defrosted and almost wines. Perhaps mall after a day when missed staff us one said. To forgive catastrophe an alcohol was graciously served.

We return D Alsace and naps allee to the vault of Bacchus. The welcome is excellent, table more than correct, the service is perfect. More for the children peiti puppet shows is very popular
