LUCANA
Gianni Caruso prepares a contemporary cuisine using simple produce which he combines with much audacity and luxury produce. He was taught how to respect quality ingredients in order to show all the flavours of Italy with a preference for those of Sicily, his native area. Even if foie gras and truffle mix with polenta, all come from small producers who exercise their trade with passion. Preparation and presentation are outstanding. Gianni Caruso creates dishes while thinking about the wines that go with it, because the man excels as a chef and sommelier. Come and savour a simple cuisine that changes with the season.

The price of the menu is perhaps a little high but, tasting shows that they were not overrated. Recommended.
