Since 2006 Dijon Metropole has embarked on an ambitious General Interest Program (PIG) rehabilitating the old private park (over 15 years old). This program is based on free technical and administrative accompaniment by a specialized operator. The device is renewed until 2023, with important aid. The Dijonnaise metropolis has commissioned Soliha Côte-d 'Or to advise and assist project promoters free of charge in their reflection and the creation of their application file. It mobilizes increased subsidies from Dijon Metropole and the National Habitat Agency (Anah) for the work undertaken either by landlords under resource limits or by lessors who commit themselves to their housing.
Under conditions of resources (Anah ceilings) you can benefit from the aid device of Dijon Metropole:
If your project relates to your main residence for renovation, accommodation for home maintenance or thermal improvement to achieve an energy gain of at least 25%. Depending on your resources and type of work you can benefit from 35-55% of the duty-free work, up to 20,000 € (Anah aid), 10% of the amount of work HT, with a maximum of 1,600 € to 2,000 € (state), Jon Metropole completes an envelope of 1000 € for very modest households. A premium for energy insecurity: € 500 for very modest owners (Habiter Better Serenity), € 1,000 if energy gain is 35% (Habiter Better Renovated). For small owners, the same premium is 500 €, with the same conditions. These subsidies are cumulative with the Energy Transition Tax Credit (CITES) and the zero-loan eco-loan.
If you own leased or leased accommodation, the program helps you to carry out and fund renovation or eco-rehabilitation work that allows for an energy gain of at least 35% and leads to a minimum of the D label after work. In return, you agree to practice rents framed for 9 years. The Anah and Dijon Metropole finance you from 10 to 45% of the duty-free amount of eligible works, capped at 750 or 1 000 €/m 2, supplemented by premiums: Living Bonus Better, rent reduction (€ 150 maximum), rental reservation (€ 2,000, doubled under conditions), rental intermediation (€ 1 000). These grants and premiums are cumulative with the tax reduction on rental income (30% or 60%) and the zero-loan eco-loan. Dijon Metropole completes by 50 € the m 2 for highly social accommodation, 35 € for the socially agreed housing, as part of the rehabilitation of a dwelling (ceiling at 1,000 € duty free and 80 m 2 per housing). In the context of improvement work (cap at 750 € duty-free and 80 m 2 per accommodation), the adjustment premium is € 500, the premium Habiter Better Renovated is € 500 (if 45% of energy gain and label D).
As part of a global project to renovate a condominium, under the Habiter Better program, Dijon Metropole finances a flat-rate premium of € 500 (with a quota of 30 dwellings per year).
Your steps are facilitated by a free accompaniment by Soliha Côte-d 'Or (housing visit, technical advice, funding plan, development of the application file).
Beware! Work, to be carried out by building professionals, must not begin before the application is filed.
