In his thirties, his creations are a feast for the eyes before being a treat for our gourmet taste buds. He presents his works as real jewels through seasonal collections. This summer: delicate raspberry and its mousse, red fruit fashion and its lemon chantilly, apricot Dulcey ball and its blond chocolate ganache: simply irresistible! J'ai pu goûter le Douceur de fruits rouges, un visuel très fin, dans le détail mais tout est pensé (jusqu'aux framboises garnies). À table il a fait l'unanimité même pour ceux qui ne jugent que par le chocolat. Un juste équilibre entre le sucré, l'acidulé, les différents jeux de textures... Cela vaut sa note !
Les pâtisseries sont de véritables bijoux que ce soit visuellement ou gustativement. Les saveurs sont délicates mais bien présentes, les associations sont originales mais parfaites. Mairet Créations ce n'est pas de la pâtisserie c'est de la très grande pâtisserie.
