Family farm producing organic wheat and many varieties of bread.
For over twenty years, Jean-Baptiste and Mireille have been developing their farm, cultivating 90 hectares of land in the heart of the National Forest Park. Their organic cereal production enables them to make flour, oil, beer, pasta and, above all, bread. The latter is baked on site every Friday and sold directly from the farm. Soft and hard wheat flours and camelina oil, a rapeseed variety rich in beneficial properties, are available all year round. In agroforestry, fruit is available according to season.
