Pleasantly styled 3 bedroom guest house with garden and terrace in Saint-Jean-de-Losne.
We do not imagine that, behind this simple façade, there is a little safe haven with the particular charm of banks of Saône. The guest house dating back to 1746 has kept its architectural typical features, quit inner courtyard, half floors, wood panelling, old terracotta floor tiles... The 3 rooms have a pleasant style, those upstairs overlook the garden and terrace, bathroom in the background, it is cosy with a little british style and even boat-like, but on land. Béatrice Collenot who welcomes you is very caring, from breakfast to table d'hôtes dinner. She prepares a real little burgundy feast, gougère and wine. Life at Charmilles happens inside a quiet house with an inner courtyard with flowers and trees where calm and serenity reign. When you enter there, you are at the city centre, on the left at 200m from the port, on the right at 200m from the Banks of Saône.
