As for the cuisine, the meats compete with the fish, with a touch of originality such as the salmon with green apple, the foie gras ravioli or the roasted monkfish tail in a mustard crust. The Chef, through his creations, takes pleasure in hoping to delight the taste buds of his guests with classic dishes and exotic products, which will make you travel for the duration of a meal.

Inadmissible
Plat saumon avec du riz. Aucune élaboration dans le plat. Riz fade, aucun assaisonnement. Nous souhaitons de la sauce, la patronne ou la serveuse nous rétorque que c'est un saumon grillé et que c'est ainsi. Pas vraiment de sympathie de la part de cette dame. Très décevant comparé aux anciens propriétaires. Nous ne reviendrons plus malgré une belle douleureuse.
