Une magnifique adresse! On s'est régalé du début à la fin. L'intérêt du menu Betzala est que l'on n'a pas d'attente particulière. On se laisse surprendre du début à la fin. Certes nous avons passé 3 heures pour déjeuner mais cela en valait la peine. Imaginez que Lionel est le chef, sommelier, et serveur. Inévitablement cela prend du temps mais il fait tout très bien!

Très beau resto.septique mais prévenu de la formule...Au final bonne surprise...Très bien du début à la fin...Même eu droit a deux demi verre de vin rouge pour dégustation. Une premiere( boire ou conduire ....)Les 4 plats de bon goût..Avons apprécié ce moment.Un grand merci au chef.

Excellente découverte, superbe concept, les plats sont divinement bon.Le chef est très présent il prend le temps d’expliquer ses plats , très gentil et accueillant.. on se régale de l’entrée au dessert avec des produits frais et locaux.. Je recommande vivement ce joli restaurant .
