FERRERO ARDENNES
If the parent house was founded in 1946 in Italy, the presence of Ferrero in Belgium dates back to 1958. The group then opened a commercial entity in Brussels. Objective: launch the marketing of Mon Chéri in Belgium. New product launches will then succeed: Nutella in 1965, followed by Tic Tac in 1970, Kinder Surprise in 1976 and many other brands known to everyone today. In order to ensure optimum distribution of products, a first deposit was opened in Ternat in 1975. In 1989, the group decided to invest in the creation of a new production facility in Arlon: Ferrero Ardennes. Today, the plant has eight production lines. It mainly produces Kinder Surprise, Kinder Schoko-Bon and Raffaello for more than eighty countries.
