La Mirabelle is the excellent restaurant of Brittany natives Benjamin Rouzé and Clarisse Prou. Benjamin's cuisine is 100% home-cooked, rather gastronomic and prepared using local produce wherever possible. Discover haddock marinated in bergamot as a starter, the famous blanquette de veau as a main course, and the mysterious chocolate and tonka tartlet for dessert. The menu is renewed every two weeks or so, and especially with each new season. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is a well-deserved success.
