You can visit the roasting workshop, the exchange with Matt is very pleasant and open. Taste the coffee of the moment, fresh, subtle, like the Jimma-Agaro Biftu Gudina, prepared in a filter (30 g coffee and 500 g water), a coffee with flowery flavors (lily and lily of the valley) with fruity flavors like strawberry, blackberry and blood orange.
