Alexandre Willems, who enjoyed 15 years at the Kokejane restaurant in Herne (Flemish Brabant), has moved his sign between Barvaux and Durbuy to the Tropical Hotel. An ardent defender of quality products, he does not deviate from the rules of fine French cuisine, while adding local and seasonal specialities as well as locally smoked preparations such as salmon and foie gras.
