The former building was turned into a brasserie, then a relay of horses from the post and then closes, before being completely transformed by the boss in 1987. Rustic garden with many common objects of old time gaumais, a monumental fireplace that warms the client and grid of beautiful pieces of bidoche. On the map, regional dishes all year round, including a few family specialities such as charcuteries, Cassîdje du, roussi chou roussi with duck thigh, la gaumaise, trout, and, of course, this magnificent préparée préparée, like everything else, in the house.
