It is a gastronomic restaurant with a festive atmosphere (themed meals, wine-growers' evenings,...) in an original setting. Its name comes from the base of the building which is a pile of blue stones, waste rock from the Forges which were very active in the 17th century and turned blue by the heat. Everything invites you to the table, worthy of good cooking. The motto: "Celebrate and feast in this Blue House". The cuisine is inspired by it, far from any standardization!

L'accueil y est vraiment chaleureux et aimable. Nous avons pris le menu "Champignons et Gibiers", accompagné du vin proposé. Une bonne fraicheur dans le cocktail à base de cerises. Giboyante, la mousse de pigeon accompagné de chips au paprika. Très bonne cuisson de la biche et une petite sauce très équilibrée. Et le dessert original, chocolat au caramel et délicieuse petite glace au café.

Situés dans un cadre agréable dans la forêt, proche du village de Habay. A partir du restaurant, vous pouvez faire une belle promenade le long des étangs.Cuisine raffinée. La patronne vient parler aux clients. Différents menus sont proposés. Avions choisi le menu du terroir. Possibilité de choisir un menu plus important avec accord mets/vins. Il faut alors compter environ 70 EUR par personne.
