LA GLORIETTE
Olivier Bauche and his wife have been welcoming their guests for almost 20 years with the same warmth, under the gazebo or in the garden. The chef proposes menus in which he applies all his knowledge of the profession. Among them, the Discovery menu gives him the keys for a "surprise" meal, according to his current taste. The à la carte menu offers carefully prepared dishes where the origin and the cooking method are important elements: free-range egg at 63°C, revised Liège potée, slow-cooked squab...
