Taste a beautiful traditional, artisanal and organic cuisine in an establishment that has guest rooms.
In this establishment, everything is served homemade, from carp from the pond to vegetables from the garden. The cuisine is traditional, artisanal and organic, with a wood-fired oven simmering many of the chef's Alsatian specialties. To whet your appetite, try Suzanne's tasty vegetable soup, followed by Sundgauvian potée with rutabaga and candied turnips, and a fig crème brûlée. A must-try is the baeckhoffa, one of the house specialties, which takes a minimum of 5 hours to cook. For those of you who'd like to try the local cuisine and the charms of Kiffis, the house offers 4 guest rooms, all of which are lovely attic rooms. A real favorite!
