An arch-classic restaurant and hotel in Florenville, the establishment has stood for ages in the centre of the small Gaumais village of Sainte-Cécile. At the table, the menu obviously offers local products such as game or trout but also lobster in season. The kitchen is copious, fine with interesting contemporary touches. A less expensive and less sought-after "brasserie" menu completes the offer with local products.
