Le Terroir, taken over by Fanny and Tommy, already well known for their restaurant in Chaudenay, is off to a flying start. The chef is still Fabien Benoit, who has been officiating for 8 years, and the team that has made Le Terroir a Santenay institution continues the adventure. Fanny has chosen to use even more local produce, in keeping with the restaurant's terroir spirit, to make a gentle but noticeable transition in the overall quality of the establishment. Unique view of the Place du Jet-d'Eau. Semi-gastronomic cuisine and French-style service to delight everyone.
